IMATS (International Makeup Artist Trade Show) is a Mehron favorite. Each year our team packs up the Mehron booth, stage and cases and cases of product and heads to shows on both coasts - Los Angeles and New York. This year we excitingly traveled to IMATS parts unknown - for the VERY FIRST time we also took part in the London show, which was held this past weekend at the Olympia National Hall Kensington in Central London. Together with our UK distributor Treasure House of Makeup, we debuted Mehron products to crowds of thousands. It was a surreal experience, selling out of almost everything! We are thrilled for such a wonderful response and thankful to everyone who helped us pull it all together.

The Mehron USA and European teams worked together for an incredibly memorable event highlighted by fabulous guest artists and the Academy of Freelance Makeup Artists (AOFM). The AOFM of London joined forces with Mehron for the show. Although IMATS London is a first for Mehron, this professional pairing is far from it. Mehron and the AOFM collaborate at various Fashion Weeks worldwide. So their joining us for IMATS was a natural teaming and played an integral part in the show's success.

And of course we couldn't do a trade show without our highly anticipated body artistry demonstrations. Two renowned artists drew in countless onlookers to the Mehron Stage. We were honored to have the UK's Carolyn Roper join us for Pro Night. A Mehron artist since 2007, Carolyn's resume is chock full. A professional makeup artist and two time world champion body painter, Carolyn works in the entertainment, music and fashion industries. Most recently, she was part of the UK's X Factor makeup team. Her clients span the globe and include such names as SKY TV, BBC, Warner Bros., Ford, and Coca-Cola. It is no wonder her artistry on the Mehron Stage drew such attention.
Nicole Aspradakis also joined us on the Mehron stage. This talented artist with extensive fashion and beauty industry experience is an artist in residence at the famous 59 Rivoli in Paris with multiple exhibitions on her resume. She brings her artistry to life through body painting. Just look at her incredible eye for color.

Sindy's IMATS Seminar
Our model and artist Sindy Perez brought her successful HD Makeup For The Modern Bride seminar to IMATS London. She engaged a packed house with her techniques and tips - perfect for the summer bridal season. We all now how important it is to look cool and shine free for those all important photos and videos of the big day.
We want to extend a big thank you to the entire Mehron international team and look forward to doing IMATS London again in 2014!
